  • Pastor Kevin Cain

    Founder

    Kevin is a native of the Westover community and a graduate of Skyview Elementary School (or Westover Elementary, as it was called at the time). His passion for helping families in his community drove him to found The Source in 2010.

  • Pastor James Sabin

    Director of Program & Curriculum

    James holds an education degree from West Virginia University. He has over 20 years’ experience in coordinating children & family programs and writing curriculum.

  • Leslie Brooks

    Director of Administration

    Leslie began her involvement with The Source as a faithful volunteer, packing lunchboxes each week. She joined the staff in 2010 and is over all administrative duties for The Source’s programs.

  • Garrett Cain

    Field Site Coordinator

    Garrett has been working with children & youth full-time since 2018 and joined The Source staff in 2021. He leads our hands-on staff who supervise the Before & After School Program and Summer Camp.
